The job/dress system is a new introduction to FFX2 from FFX. I guess that the classes are a way
to replace the overdrive system from the original FFX. Characters will change clothes
depending on what job they are currently performing. Dress spheres, which can be found after
completing missions, will be used to change dresses in the middle of a battle. A nifty animation
sequence occurs and the characer's clothes are changed! Over time, as points are earned in battle,
the different jobs gain abilities. Certain special abilities will go with each class. There are
